Refund Policy

1. Milestone-Based Billing

All SkyLearning projects are billed across milestones. Each payment corresponds to a defined deliverable that has been completed and delivered to the client. This structure ensures you only pay for work that has been done.

Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding deliverable has been accepted or deemed accepted (no objection within 7 days of delivery).

2. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with 14 days written notice. In the event of cancellation:

• All completed milestone payments are non-refundable.
• Any in-progress milestone will be billed proportionally based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
• All work completed and paid for will be delivered to the client within 7 business days of cancellation.
• Future unpaid milestone payments are cancelled and not owed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Initial deposit / kickoff payment once project has commenced
• Milestone payments for delivered and accepted features
• Payments for third-party services, licenses, or hosting procured on client's behalf
• Rush delivery fees

4. Exceptions (Eligible for Partial Refund)

A partial refund may be considered in the following cases:

• SkyLearning is unable to deliver agreed features after reasonable extension of timeline
• Force majeure events prevent project completion from SkyLearning's side

Refund amounts in such cases will be calculated proportionally against undelivered work only.
